About the Firm
The International Consulting and Litigation Center is an organization that seeks to defend and protect victims of human rights violations, employing strategic litigation before national and international jurisdictions.
It also provides advice and consultancies to public and private sector entities in the work areas that impact their areas of action.
CECOLI is made up of lawyers specialized in international law and international human rights law with extensive investigative, academic and litigation experience.
What do we do?
We represent victims of human rights violations formulating litigation strategies in international law and seeking protection and reparation for non-compliance with international obligations by States.
With the same purpose, our work is based on rigorous investigations of international standards, jurisprudential precedents, and studies in context.
Additionally, we provide advice and consulting on cases, actions, policies, decisions, among others, within the framework of international human rights law.
Part of our work is carried out in a strategic alliance with different organizations and sectors to achieve more effective results.
